Bill Burkhalter is a seasoned Sales and Operations Executive with a proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence in the healthcare sector. As the Founder and CEO of LivRyte Sales Growth Advisors, Bill has built and led his company to empower businesses with innovative tools and strategies to help them achieve record-breaking sales performance.

During his tenure at Philips Healthcare, Bill held several key leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales for North America. He led a diverse team of sales managers, key account managers, and clinical specialists, achieving significant year-over-year growth. Notably, under his leadership, the Outpatient Medical Imaging division saw a 102% growth in 2022 and an impressive 363% growth in 2021. Bill’s strategic direction and market insights consistently outpaced the competition, securing substantial market share. Prior to this role, Bill was the Vice President of Sales for the Oncology Division of Philips Healthcare, where he led a large team throughout North America and Canada, selling capital equipment, software solutions, and services.

As Zone Vice President, Bill managed a 17-state zone, driving sales growth across various medical specialties such as ICU, CCU, NICU, Radiology, and Oncology. He successfully led a team of account managers and specialists, delivering a $30M annual sales plan and launching multiple strategic initiatives, including the company’s first software subscription program.

Prior to going to work at Philips Healthcare, Bill was a Sales Representative at Bayer Pharmaceuticals where he held a couple of roles in the hospital and private practice divisions.

Bill’s career is marked by numerous accolades, including multiple awards for sales performance, such as Rookie of the Year, Zone VP of the Year (2019, 2018, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2008, 2007) and the President’s Award. His leadership skills have consistently produced loyal, confident, and talented sales leaders, with many team members advancing to management roles under his mentorship.
